IVR/CallCenter/SMS Application Development

PARSA Voice Communications’ Professional Services offers application development services to customers with current Technical Support agreements. Upon customer request, PARSA engineers will help design a detailed application specification and submit a quotation for application development services.

Application Consulting

As part of the Technical Support agreement, PARSA offers Application Consulting services. This service is provided as a first in, first out consultation service which answers customer questions relating to application development, specifications, and installations of PARSA systems. Application Consulting serves as a reference service to assist customers with implementing speech or other PARSA-based applications.
